Yuejing High Tech

Yuejing have an extensive facility and ship in excess of 250 million discrete and Linear I.C. devices per month. They have aggressive expansion plans and will add further package options and double their capacity during the next 2-3 years.

Production equipment is mainly from Japanese manufacturers and is highly automated ensuring consistent products of high quality. The facility is ISO9001 approved and all products manufactured are Pb free and RoHS compliant.

Various die attach methods are employed including eutectic, epoxy and solder. Final test, tape and reel is fully automated with test capability for Transistors, Mosfets and a wide range of Linear Integrated circuits.
